Node PDF page rendering
Installed @napi-rs/canvas 1.0.9 so PDF.js could rasterize pages in Node for OCR. It matched the Node canvas factory PDF.js already expects, and rendering for scanned-page tests worked after pinning the version.

- Compatible with PDF.js Node canvas creation and produced a renderable surface for OCR without a browser.

- It is optional for PDF.js, so it still had to be installed and version-pinned explicitly rather than arriving ready to use.
